By using this website or booking an ultrasound session with Hello Baby Mobile Ultrasound Studio (“Hello Baby,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Hello Baby Mobile Ultrasound Studio provides elective, non-diagnostic 2D/3D/4D ultrasound sessions for entertainment and bonding purposes only. These sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or evaluate any medical condition and are not a substitute for prenatal care or diagnostic imaging.

We do not provide medical interpretation or diagnosis. Clients must be under the care of a licensed healthcare provider and should have already received a diagnostic ultrasound through their medical provider before scheduling with us.

2. Client Responsibilities

By booking a session, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information at the time of booking

  • Follow all safety and session guidelines during your appointment

  • Understand that image quality may vary and depends on factors such as gestational age, fetal position, amniotic fluid levels, and maternal body type

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds are only issued in cases where services could not be provided due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Image & Media Use

With your permission, Hello Baby Mobile Ultrasound Studio may use ultrasound images or photos for promotional purposes, including on social media, our website, or other marketing materials.

You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hello Baby Mobile Ultrasound Studio is not responsible for any decisions made based on an elective ultrasound session. Any medical concerns regarding your pregnancy should be discussed with your licensed healthcare provider.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially in situations where safety, respect, or professional boundaries are compromised.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of [Your State], USA.

HIPAA Disclaimer

Although Hello Baby Mobile Ultrasound Studio respects your privacy and takes steps to protect your personal information, we are not a medical facility and therefore are not subject to HIPAA regulations in the same way as hospitals or diagnostic clinics.

We do not store or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Any information collected is used solely for scheduling, providing elective services, and enhancing your experience.
